are designed to help children who face serious health
and educational problems. They run the gamut of services,
from camps for children with cancer, and mobile health
clinics that provide
low-cost medical care to low income families, to food
assistance for children with HIV/AIDS or children
whose parents have HIV/AIDS, to medical care and pre-school
education for homeless children.
